South Charleston Memorial Arena, Charleston

I have travelled to many rinks in NC, VA, OH, PA, and KY where youth hockey is played and this rink is a top notch facility with nice amenities.

I've been skating here since it opened in Jan or Feb 02' I fly planes and love it and on the weekends i enjoy sailing around the ice. its a free feeling somewhat like flying. you can make every step a work of art, help other people learn or just have a good time with friends. ( a word for first timers) If u see a good skater dont be afraid to ask for help, tips or any kind of advice people are more than happy to help!

I found nothing wrong with the south charleston memorial ice arena. The staff was helpful and took time to help us on the ice. We enjoyed having a hot cocoa beside the fireplace and just reflect on the time well spent on the ice.

Nice please with nice employees. The cost is a little high $7 a pearson even toddlers. The sessions are set at the right times and they have a nice game room for the older kids.

prices eh... but if u love to skate its awesome. fire places, lockers, clean bathrooms, great hockey programs, learn to skate, n figure skating all held here. it's awesome. im part of the hockey team and only been part of it for about 2 weeks. im addicted. the guys are great and so are the coaches. i cant wait till next practice.

this place is a great place 4 people to skate at u should go there i love it its so much fun and the acade is fun they also have party rooms for more fun take my word its awsome

it was amazing all of it was the food was great ring clean every thing was so clean and staff was very nice games were cool loved skating in the dark with disco lights every thing was great i go there a lot i'm a figure skater

Good, quality ice surface, excellent temperature control. I was surprised to find this facility so nice after skating in the Civic center rinkl. Staff is friendly and building is always clean. Rates are comparable if not less than the national average for rentals, skate sharpening, etc. Only complaint is the traffic exiting out of this mall area.
