WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAD TO GIVE A RATING BUT THERE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR MINUS. JACK DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ AND SENT ME A PACKAGE IN NORTH CAROLINA THAT WAS ADDRESSED TO SOMEONE ELSE. CAUSED MANY PROBLEMS IN A HORRIBLE SITUATION. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND THINK THEY WILL DO ANYTHING GOOD. I AM GOING TO SUE AND I TRIED TELLING HIM THIS ON THE PHONE BUT HE HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE QTR BACK VICK TREATED HIS DOGS.
