I have bough 2 bass boats from Mountaineer boats. The first was back in the 80s had it about 7years. THAN i got a new boat at that time 1997, thay have allways treated me very well, and allways got great service. I hope to get a new boat this spring. The staff at mountaineer boats are great. Glen S

Mt boat sales are the only game in town and that is why they are still there. The servce is very bad and price is very high. I will not buy anything from them, but must get service work there cuz there is no other shops around. If you are buying a boat an hour or two drive somewhere else is well worth it.

I called Mt Boat Sales and told them all about my antique boat and the problem I was having. The man on the phone said to bring it down and we'll git it fixed. After an hour tow to the dealership the mechanic Mike came out and told me that he didn't have time to work on this old junk and walked back inside. Shocked, I went into the showroom and asked nicely if there were any other mechanics around and Mike siad No, we are the only ones around! I replied, The only reason that your in business is because there is no one else and walked out. I got in my truck to leave and the owner Rocky ripped open the door of my truck, pulled me out and threatened me saying don't you talk about my place like that, that is a cleaned up version. I had never seen him before nor had I said anything to him. In hindsight I should have called the police on the owner but I was in shock to be treated this way by a business. Please don't buy anything from these people, they are the worst I have ever dealt with!
