Regal Northtown Mall 12, Spokane

My daughter, little grandson (3) and I attended a movie at Northtown Cinemas on July 5th at 6:45 p.m. The movie was Ratitoulle. We were forced to leave halfway through because of an excess use of air conditioning. We took sweatshirts with us, but were frozen. My nose was ice cold, I covered my legs with napkins, my daughter and grandson were snuggling to keep warm. While it's nice to have air conditioning, this was ridiculous. Please, turn down the excessive air conditioning so the viewing can be done without shivering.
