during these holidays people are all over and parking is too tight; hope the management will provide a trolley where people can ride all over the shopping area; there are a lot of good stores that we do not want to miss

I went to seiko and got a watch with the help of great sevice. My watch is working greatkeeps great time and is hardly even scrached after hit agianst couners and chairs. I hope you will go there insted of any other brand

Bought 2 watches at the Seiko Company Store on December 14 as Christmas presents for my daughters. They didn't want them. I called The Seiko Company Store and they would not refund them with the gift receipts (which, of course, precludes the recipient from returning them). Found the original receipt and made the trip to Williamsburg only to be denied return because they needed the credit card (which, of course, precludes making a return by mail). Five days and 240 miles later I returned back to Williamsburg only to find that the return period is now expired. I'll never purchase anything from this manufacturer/store again. I'm sure the watches are nice, but they are simply too expensive to take a chance and be left holding the bag. I would never have purchased them if I'd known that the gift receipts were pointless and that multiple trips out of town within days of Christmas would be required. From now on, I'll buy local!

Oh how I love to shop and this was the perfect place. I was so amazed by the discounts and cheap prices. I love pocketbook and I got two Coach bags for under $300.00 now ladies you know that's a steal.

No good places to eat! No sit down restaurant on premise...only two fast food walk up places with food that is less than desireable. Shopping is good...parking not so good.......

its great because it has discounts on all my favorite designers and it has really good food and a great atmosphere! it has stores for all ages, like Vans and Guess for teens, Polo and Gap for adults, and Carters for babies.

Great prices and nice mix of stores. I found lots of items to buy. Easy to get to from Busch Gardens or Historic district. There is a store in these outlets for everyone. Toys, clothes, tools, housewares, etc... Go visit.

I normally don't comment much on shopping or eating in the travel sites unless there is a something extra-ordinary to comment on. In this case the Williamsburg version of Prime Outlets has a better mix of what I shop for; therefore, I was able to find plenty of items on sale for much less then they would have been at my local mall.

We have been there twice now and both times there was a promotion going on between different stores. Everyone was friendly and the prices were great.
