Could be worse
I've gone to the Countryside group several times. The best thing you can say about it is that with 20 theaters, you'll have a choice of almost every current movie. My friend and I saw "Chronicles of Narnia" there. The stadium seating is nice, because you're not as likely to have the screen blocked in front of you. However, the screens are small, comparitively. Sitting in the center row, it looked about the size of my wide-screen at home. The movie quality was awful for a "first-run" picture--scratches and flaws during the whole movie. The sound would have been good, but was deafeningly loud. A bigger screen and the sound turned down would have helped a great deal. The concessions stand was huge, and well-stocked, but prices were over-the-top. Overall, not my #1.
