rules and regulations for the track

The racing was good, always alot of action and fun. What I dont understand is the seating situation. We brought low beach chairs a few weeks ago, we were told we were not allowed to have them in there, and had to walk them back to the car. Then last week there were 3 people in front of us who had chairs, they were even the taller chairs. I feel people should be able to use the lower chairs on the concrete at the bottom where their is no benches. I had just had surgery and was too uncomfortabe to sit on the hard benches, and had to leave quite early. So I tried to call the speedway, and they never answer the phone, you can call another number, if it is an emergency, but I would not consider this an emergency. So I still dont know if I am able to bring a low chair to sit on in the concrete.
It would be nice if all the employees knew the rules, or I could find out if I can bring my chair, and not have to take a chance of having to walk it clear back to my car.
