combining the beauty of nature, education, environmental awareness, and culture is just something anyone from todds to olds should experience. There is everything for everyone. If you want a workout, the trail should give you the beads (sweat) you need. If you want to unwind, they have nice concerts. just everything. It is clean! and there is a tennis court close-by and a basketball court. there is water falls and the nature center is so informative and educational. come-by and you'll learn something unusual and interesting. i.e. insect and animal scats

Several quiet trails, the occasional friendly dog and person, a slight background hum of traffic and a breathing woodland that is very relaxing. Pick a fallen tree, take a seat and read or just watch the trees a bit. Well worth the time.
