Inconsiderate employees
My daughter loves to have parties at the bowling alley. Unfortunately, every year there have been problems with the lanes. This year, they had to fix the lane because there were issues with the balls not returning. It took a while for them to get it together. Then the kiddos got back to their party, only for it to happen again. The guy in charge with (a big guy with a full beard) was extremely inconsiderate. He only wanted to remedy the situation by giving us 30 min of extra bowling time when it took that long if not longer to fix the problem. He said, "Look, I've been doing this for years, and there is no way that it took longer than 30 min to get those lanes fixed!" He could care less about what we had been going through, he just wanted to give us a hard time. He succeeded! It was so inconvenient having to sit around and wait in the middle of your party. The kids were getting sick of it! I was as well. Then, when the kids got back to bowling, the lanes were turned off in their faces! I went to the same guy who said, "I told them to move to new lanes." If that was the case, then why didn't you shut the lanes off right away, versus letting the kids continue to bowl, and shut them off in the middle of trying to have fun!!!!! Needless to say, the party was ruined! I cut the kids some cake, and we got the heck out of their! As I was cutting the cake the same guy came over and said, "I've had a long day. A lot of people have been calling in, and I have been running on empty all day. I'm going to give you tickets for some free games." I don't care what kind of day he was having! You can not let your emotions get in the way of how you treat good-paying customers. Think of what the world would be like if we all did that!!!! I know....scary thought. My recommendation, save your time and your money!
