Palladian Day Spa, San Angelo

After being unable to get a pedicure scheduled due to cancellations by the spa, I finally was able to get it done. Not only was the pedicure mediocre, there were multiple interruptions and a screaming baby most of the time. I paid $50 for a pedicure that was not the least bit relaxing. Horrible customer service and a stressful experience...will not go back.

I received a gift certificate from a friend for a pedicure and they cancelled on me three times back to back. The worst part about it was they cancelled after I walked through the door saying they left a message on my phone, which they didn't. It's hard to find a babysitter to do things like this for myself. When I finally got in, it was the worst pedicure ever!!! I would much rather pay $25 at other local places.

I do not get what people see in this place. Calling this a place a Day Spa is a stretch. Hanging some curtains and draping some fabric does not make a place a day spa. The place was very dirty. Dirty towels, dirty surfaces, dirty mirrors, dust on everything. Unprofessional service and atmospehere. I don't need to hear racial slurs when I go for salon services. I do not need to hear people shreaking like teenage girls who have just seen Robert Pattinson either (to be fair, I don't know if that was customers or employees). When you get a shampoo at a salon, aren't you also supposed to get conditioner with that? I didn't. I also did not get any products used on my hair. My hair did turn out well -which suprised me. I expected to be a hot mess leaving this place. It is not worth the money I spent. I will not be going back.

I followed my hairdresser, Jody, to the Palladian. I believe it has changed hands, so if you were disappointed before: Please give it another try. Jody is joy to have color, cut, style (etc.) your hair. Her room reminds me of a treasure box. She is time consious, but thorough; so you are not rushed, but you can still have your hair cut during lunch hour!

I love the people, the enviroment, and the service. Everyone is so friendly and fun. Kara is such a joy and always has a warm smile. The whole staff is definitely a keeper. My first choice in San Angelo, BY FAR!

I went to redeem a manicure pedicure certificate. I looked over at the pedicure chair next to mine and i noticed that there were dirty water streaks on it. The girl who did my pedicure pretty much just washed my feet. There was very little massage, she polished my nails poorly she didnt even buff my heels. The manicure was worse. For 20 dollars this is what i got: I sat at a dirty table, she put my fingers in a water tray, filed them crooked, put oil on my cuticles massaged for 30 sec with foot cream polished. As soon as she finished the last stroke of polish she stood up to get my shoes and escorted me out! Im not exagerating, she didn't even let me dry. Worse when i got home, i noticed that the nail polish was lifted and when i pulled it, the whole coat of nail polish came off. Ive gotten better manicures for 10 dollars. Im so dissapointed, i expected much better.

Please go elsewhere, I hated the fake atmosphere. They don't make you feel welcome especially if you are not one of their norm. There are others around, go there first. Manager never called me back when I complained and owner acts like they don't care and I had to work around their schedule to file a complaint or get better service. Keep your bad service...

Customer service when you have a complaint is horrible. They made my mother fill like a second class citizen. She didn't want to be touched by the people after their rude acts. Don't go, there are several other places to go to that have fantastic customer service. Stay away from Palladian...thanks

Over the past three years I have enjoyed my experience at Palladian. It starts with the most wonderful welcoming voice of Jenice (sp) who makes you feel like she has been waiting for me to call! I have gone to numerous spas in San Angelo as well as Austin, San Antonio and I rate this the highest. I have paid much more and less but I find the atmosphere and the massage therapist to be great. Even when there has been a change in therapist, I find myself at Palladian because of the welcoming atmosphere. I have always received special considerations for what my need is at every visit!

Be it said that the best and worst kind of advertising is word of mouth......The Palladian Day Spa massage services are a disappointment. My massage therapist was late getting started, did not ask me to complete state required paperwork and ended my massage ten minutes early. I asked for deep tissue and the massage therapist did not ask for my symptoms or contraindications for deep tissue. I am a massage therapy instructor and would not recommend the massage services at Palladian for the safety of the consumer.
