First Time playing and disregard the previous review if your going for the whirlyball!!! It was a fun experience just make sure you stretch before and after and bring your A game!

The place is extremely dirty, none of the games worked and the majority of the staff was extremely unprofessional. I was really disappointed.

This place is a great place to have a party. I work at US Toy right next to it and I go in there before work every time to get a drink and the employees are always nice and helpful. The games are extremely fun, very enjoyable. It can be hectic with the number of people that go in but give the employees some time. They have a lot of stuff that they have to do and being rude to them makes them want to help less. They understand that you want everything to be perfect but they're doing their best. Just ask nicely for stuff and be calm. You will have a good time.

This was a very reasonable place to have a birthday party for a bunch of 12 yr old girls. After reading some of the previous reviews I was expecting a much more negative experience. However, even though we had to wait a while before we were set up with the orientation, the girls got their full amount of time to play. Our "referee" Brian was great with the girls & it was overall worth the price.

place is great. when the cars actually work. They dont care bout anything but the money. thant fine but when you litteraly tell them the cars dont work. thier like shake i .. i did and almost got hurt. IT was 5 on 5 but was more like 5 on 3 the manager drove one car around to check it.. in circles. WOW. i asked him to hit something so he can se that the car is really bashed. all he said was thier all like that. funny because all the yellow cars and 3 of the red cars were moving fast. Honesltly if your looking for group fun. dont go here, thier cars are all bashed up. meaning dont work. The managers just look at you and if you tell them do discount it they try to give you more time. BIG DEAL. what the use of that if its still not fair to everyone. BOTTOM LINE DONT GO HERE THERE ARE MANY OTHER GROUP ACTIVITIES ThAT CAN BE DONE WHERE poeple wont have to depend on messed up equipment. This an attempt to let everyone know not to do business here. i loved whirly ball. it is fun when the people that work thier care about thier customers and not just the money.. AGAING DONT GO HERE

We had my sons birthday party at this place. I read the reviews about the horrible staff service but thought no big deal. It was a big deal! Staff were never around. We waited and waited for someone to attend to us. After waiting 20 min in the room for the pizza we finally tracked them down. Only to discover after receiving the pizza they had also failed to bring us beverages included with the birthday party package. We then again tracked them down and then carried the individual beverages ourselves! They were rude and let us wait some more for other items such as napkins! Seriously, take your party elsewhere...not worth the hassel!

Sorry people, I don't have anything to say but our party was very dissapointing event! I keep trying to talk to managment and they keep avoiding me! They have the worst Customer Service and ... I guess that is all you can expect from teenagers first "job"!

I went there for a party with my friends and it was a lot of fun. at first i was a little bit scared i would get electrocuted but after i realized they were kidding i had loads of fun. i would definitely recommend it. just not for really youg children.

We recently had a party for my 12 year old niece and have scheduled another one for my 10 year old daughter. My kids and their friends had a blast!! Of course, the adults (including my 78 year old grandmother) had just as much, if not more, fun than the kids. The staff was friendly, but not real attentive. Seemed like we had to ask for everything. Other than that, it's a great place to party and about the same price as having a skating rink party.

Ever wished you could play a game while driving a bumper car? You can! Try whirlyball! This game is a little kooky and totally fun. My husband has used it for team building at every company he's worked for and it's always on everyone's list for favorite group activity they want to do again. Best of all, your group doesn't have "outsiders" horning in to get in the way as you have the place to yourself! Sound a little too kooky? Try the two story lasertag arena. Nothing builds camaraderie like taking laser potshots at each other from a "sniper" position. This too can be reserved for your group alone for a reasonable price. Have a large group and a whole afternoon? Do both and switch off! So, if I love it so much why not five stars? The ambience is beginning to get decidedly worn in the waiting and "party" areas. They need new carpet and tables and chairs. The game areas are in good shape though. Also a slight negative, the food. Their pizza is not good and they require you to buy bottled drinks at $1.50 a piece. The good news is for most groups you can negotiate to bring in your own food (but not drinks). But try it, I can almost guarantee it'll get enthusiam from the biggest grump in your group!
