Cinemark Movies 14, McKinney

I have been going to this theater since when i was a child. but yesterday they totally dissapointed me and rest assure i will never go to that one again. my son and I (he is 1 1/2 years old ) i bought two tickets on for me and one for him for the movie UP a kids movie right it was before 6 at 3:20 it started well when the movie started that the balloons come out my son saw them and started mumblinng "ball" anything round he calls a ball. so what do you know 5 minutes later the manager on duty comes and tells me that if i can't keep the little one quiet i have to leave the theater! so i got up and told him that it was a kids movie and that i wanted a refund he told me to go get it at the ticket booth and just walked off rudely. he the older jerk with black and white hair! STOP GOING TO THIS THEATER!!!!!!!

This place is a dump, it smells damp and they have decided to put their prices up 3 times within a year! why would you put your prices up on such a crappy theater, they should be going down! All they did with the extra revenue is paint some of the exterior and how awful that looks! also who cuts the film for the projection unit has no idea what they are doing. The last two movies i saw there had part of the picture cut off! heck one movie used subtitles and i couldnt see them! had to rent the movie once it came out on dvd! go to cinemark 16 in allen or in plano at legacy its worth the extra $2!!!

I HAVE A BIG FAMILY AND THIS THEATRE IS PERFECT FOR THOSE ON A BUDGET. WHY PAY 8 OR 9 DOLLARS TO DO THE SAME THING YOU'RE GOING TO DO HERE, WATCH A MOVIE? I LIKE THAT IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND IT IS NOT ALWAYS TOO CROWDED.

We like that the matinee prices are so cheap! My husband and I can go see a movie for $5! They aren't as fancy as some of the newer theatres, but the price can't be beat!

Love the local family theater...why was it removed ..from the other Cinemark information.I like the Price.. make the snacks less expensive,add bright lights to exterior entry....LS McKinney

I dislike the omission of cinemark 14---it was on my page of yahoo---now its not why??? Is there some awful creature that ate your information? JL of McKinney Tx.

I liked the staff. They were friendly and all. The snacks were too pricy for me, so we didn't purchase any. :) overall experience was good

i like the friendly atmosphere of the employees, excellent service good job guys
