Went over the weekend to find a bedroom set. Did alot of homework and called and talked to a lady named Cookie she was very helpful over the phone and gave me all the info i needed. Went in Sat they have a great selection and Cookie gave us all the time we needed she even recommended for us to go down stairs get somthing to eat and talk it over just my husband and I no pressure. We did and we were able to choose a bedroom set we could be happy for years to come. Meet Mr. Stacy he was so kind and in was very sweet to our song who is disabled everyone was so kind it was a great experiance to shop at this store and would go back again. Unlike other reviews i am not afraid to post my name. Thank you Stacys for helping us and being so helpful I know we will enjoy our bedroom for years to come.

I paid over $4000 for leather couch and chair and picked up myself. When I got it into my house and took out of the box, it had scuff marks all over the back and corners. I talked to Ron Stacy about this and he basicly called me a liar and said that the damage had to have happened at my house and he would only repair (not replace or give any discount). I have never had the owner of a company treat me with the lack of respect or give a full assumption that I was lying and at fault until now. How they stay in business with this approach to cust service I will never know. Carefully inspect anythinig you pick up BEFORE it leaves the loading dock, as you will NOT get anything out of these people. WOW.

Special order furniture was not inspected before delivery. Love seat did not meet the specifications as noted on the order form. Buyer told that they would have to sacrifice the 30% fee for 're-stocking' ifeef they did not accept the sub-standard love seat. Told by manager that one week after the order was received at the manufacturer they notified the sales person that decorative items on the love seat were no longer available. Customer told by management that the sofa could be 'fixed' and no other options were available.. Stacy Furniture in Allen Texas will pick up the love seat and return it to stock. I'm sure they will price the love seat at the original cost of $900.00 and in addition they will pocket the additional 30% fee charged to the buyer. All you have to do is visit any other furniture store and you will see the prices are substantially lower. The service is horrible. If they even return your call. I will say if you haven't tried Stacy Furniture then don't. If you have you will not return.

Poor service. I had a very bad experience with the owner, was very arragant and rude to myself and my family. Most furniture was overpriced and poor quality. Went down the road and found sofa at the Thomasville store for less and better quality. I would not recommend doing business with this place.

Store is nice and has the same furniture as all other chains BUT the exception is that this is a local mom&pop shop and they have no problem lying to close the deal. Their definition of service is walking you around their showroom and that is where the service ends! Their prices are 20-30% high then other shops, have little or no inventory on hand and most of the furniture comes directly from the dealers. The sales people will say anything to close the deal and then later call with excuses why they can not deliver. Skip the trip and save your money by going down the road to other furniture shops around Grapevine Mall... at least there you know what you are dealing with!

Victoria in the customer service dept was very helpful when I called in with a problem with my sofa. After talking with her about my concern with the sofa, she called the company and resolved my problem in just a few hours. Stacy Furniture is an excellent place to do business, during and after the sale.
