Description
Open for tours year round on the weekdays only, this 40 minute tour of the creameries that were established in 1907 begins with a short and humorous film and ends with a dip of your favorite ice cream. The gift shop on site sells Blue Bell logo items and country style gifts.
Costs $5 for the tour and you get free ice cream at the end so its worth it. There's hats in the lobby and we wore ours the whole time :D Then as we were looking at the employees work from the upstair windows we recognized someone we knew so dat was super funny! lol afterward we took lots of pictures outside with the pretty flowers, the blue bell cow n da blue bell car. All in all it was great. Also tours are only on weekdays so there was like no kids. We went on a Friday for the first tour at 10am and there was already a whole bunch of ppl there so get there early!
Bluebell is great. The tour is awesome. It costs $1 to take the tour, but at the end you get a free scoop of hand-dipped ice cream! It's the best ice cream in the U.S.
