This beautifully landscaped eight acre display garden center is located on an early settler's homestead and features romantic old garden roses, native plants, herbs, a wildflower meadow, and old-fashioned cottage garden perennials. Several unique restored buildings are also on site.

Can't wait to get back there

It is an 'old fashioned' beautiful. On Mother's day weekend, the mothers' in our family gathered for a day at the Old Rose Emporium. It's fun, it's therapy and it is just gorgeous. There is something to see for the whole family. You can buy, look, or just sit and take it all in. Then take a trip into Brenham to shop and eat. Great day trip.

Even if you don't buy a single rose the surroundings are beautiful, the staff helpful, & ideas for your own gardens are everywhere.

Your Lovely Place

What a lovely rose emporium. This is a "must" for the the rose lover! ! You will continue to come back for years to come!!! If you cannot find a gift for someone special here, consider the gift certificate option. (then they can experience this for themselves). Plan on staying at least two hours, and then head to Bellville to antique and Golden Pagoda for an excellent lunch!!!!!
