Smoky Mountain Palace Theater, Sevierville

This theater is now the smoky mountain palace. My family went there in this summer. Cirque de Chine has been there for more than a year, and they give marvelous performance! My kids love it!

Hi - My church sponsors the performers of Celebrate America and the shows that WERE given by those young people - I am sure it was exciting and lively - BUT there are not there anymore - and have not been there for months - it is misleading to have all these comments about a show ans people - as I was - happy to get to go and see them but they are not performing at the Govenors Palace anymore......they performed at my church this past weekend.

We loved the clean wholesome entertainment by the talented young people...the Celebrate America show is so patrotic that you feel like a true American. The Fixin to Rain show is absolutely entertaining with all the animals and a wonderful story to tell. We have seen both shows twice and will see the Christmas show again this year 2007. My husband and I saw this show and was so awestruck by the performances and presentations by all the performers. If more of our young people would get into these types of performances and could leave impressions upon our youth, praise be to God for them. It does my heart good to see these types of shows and these young peoples' performances to our Almighty God. May this show go on for many more years and may it reach more young and old people alike....Thank you Lord for theaters like this one. Mary

The performance was excellent. We have gone back 3 times and taken family. Professional quality, young people with enthusiasm and spirit, friendly atmosphere with performers available to speak to, etc. The music was exhilirating, even our youngest enjoyed the show. We will return!

This production was basically a glorified high school play. Every one over the age of 75 was impressed but the rest of us thought that we should not be paying money to go to church. Heavy religious message in the show, should be spelled out more clearly in the brochure. Leave the passing of the plate for Sunday morning.

The shows are put on by an ALL-VOLUNTEER cast! They are simply amazing, and the patriotic show makes you proud to be an American! The Christmas show is breathtaking! Literally the BEST Christmas musical I've ever seen. Along with the show, they help raise support for a children's charity, and last year alone, they raised over fifty-one thousand dollars for this charity! The shows are cheap, and totally worth every penny! On top of it, you get free popcorn! The theater is immaculate, and beautifully kept. Two words: Pure Genious.

as a former member of the group, i can honestly recommend this show to anyone interested in great entertainment with a great message. i have watched the organization grow under the care of Producer Randy Rebold for a few years now, and it is obvious that they are doing something right! the cast is beyond talented, the shows are professional, and somehow, this hodgepodge crew from across the continent has managed to perfect that southern charm that makes tennessee so irresistible. see the show - you won't regret it, and you'll walk away feeling a little bit better about the future of our country.

The cast was wonderful -- the constumes were beautiful. The ONLY thing about the experience is that it was a little too long, but still very enjoyable! Keep it up! Very refreshing, upbeat entertainment!

This was an awesome family show! We stayed at the Resort at Governors Crossing next to the Theatre. Who would have known that the best show in town would be right next to the Resort where we were staying. Thank you for a Awesome time.
