Known as \"The World's Largest Knife Showplace\", this 55,000 square foot facility offers thousands of name brand cutlery items and features one of the largest collections of cutlery memorabilia and trophy wildlife in the nation. Also on site are museum quality historical collections of Native American relics, Civil War displays, and thousands of unique gifts such as Smoky Mountain souvenirs, homemade candies, decorative collectibles, and books in a wide variety of genre.

SMKW Customer Service Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an item from SMKW Ebay online listing (MVPKNIFE) in which they misrepresented the item that I purchased. Called into SMKW Ebay dept only to be insulted by Jay (supervisor) when asking for a refund of total cost due to their misrepresentation of the product. I would go out of my way and pay double the cost than do business with this scum. How did a company ever get this big? By misleading and misrepresenting the products all in order to make a sale! Beware of SMKW - the BBB has been notified as well!

An Amazing Store

I first thought this place was a knife store for kitchen knives and stuff like that, but I finally decided to go in one day and was totally amazed at the whole store. They have knives, swords, cigarette lighters and so many things. Even swords from different movies and really if you are ever in the area and want to spend some quality time in an outstading store. Stop in here and you will like I was will be amazed at all they have..
