Dollywood, Pigeon Forge

Had a great time at Dollywood. We stayed at Bears Escape Cabin, found on vrbo #406226 we had a great time at the cabin and spending the day at Dollywood. Highly recommend for all.

I have always been a huge fan of Dolly She is the best in the music industry I have always loved her music and It is a dream of mine to one day before I die to get to sing one of her songs with her. That would be the biggest dream of mine fulfilled to get to to that I LOVE YOU DOLLY see you this year

My husband and I have been coming to Dollywood for 25 years. Our favorite show and pretty much the only thing we come to see is the Kingdom Heirs. Now that Billy Hodges has left the Kingdom Heirs it is not the same. We loved Billy's show in the chapel and understand that the managemant is not renewing him to sing in the 2012 year. What a mistake!! You should be trying to find him a show time in one of the theaters. Every show we have gone to in the chapel has been packed. We will probably continue to visit however not as often. We do not ride the rides so that doesen't leave much to do and it is not worth the expense and hassle of the large crowds. We were there for our annual Christmas visit December 29 and it was so crouded one could hardly move and the show lines were unreal. Dollywood is not the fun it use to be.

i was suprising my family for a christmas gift and it was disapointing i renewed all 5 tickets and the receipt said thank you for your puschase and they was going to send each a confirmation well i checked my email i only got 4 confirmations the 125 golg pass was not there it is impossible to get a hold of someone.they need it to were when you update these cards you should be able to pull up your pass to make sure it renews so that we dont have this problem now i have to spend my day resolving there mess up thats125.00 and no one to yalk to....its to much aggravation and i love this park but its true the lines are to long i think they over sell the tickets and it packs the place to were you cant even shop.they say they get a hold of you within 10 days thats a lie....we went up the hill got beans for 3 and mash potatoed for a child and drinks it was 58.72

We visited Dollywood on our honeymoon Nov. 10, 2011. The crowd was large, lines for admission were confusing as we had bought tickets online. My single biggest complaint is that the lines were horrendous, we did not get to see the Christmas Ice Skating show which is what we went for. They charge $8 for parking and didn't open until 2 p.m., after waiting in line, you do not have time to do very much. I thought the tickets were rather expensive considering it was mostly rides, expensive trinkets to buy and average places to eat. The show we did manage to see was disappointing. On the other hand, Dixie Stampede Christmas was worth the time and money. We will not return to Dollywood.

Well I am not sure what ANYONE would have to complain about. it is the best place we have ever gone. We have gone every year since my daughter was 3 and she is 28! it is so country and that is the way it is supposed to look! We have taken our grandkids and other family and everyone has had a wonderful experience and the FOOD IS FANTASTIC!! I don't think I have very come across a rude person at the park. I love it and will continue to go and infact we are going at the end of Sept.. I cannot wait!!!

We love Dollywood,we have been there 4 times this time our grown children came with their children we had a great time.We especially liked the Dreamland show,does anyone know what kind of car that was in the show?We are planning to return!

Loved everything about our experience there. We go every year. I can't wait to go back this october. The shops,shows,and food are fantastic!

Thank goodness we were given our tickets instead of having to buy them. This was the worse theme park ever. Everything was run down looking, chipped paint and terrible landscaping. The park needs a major update. We attempted to ride five rides... four of which closed down once we were to the front of the line. The staff was not rude but veeerrrryyy slow moving. I would not suggest taking a trip to dollywood!!! I wish I never had.

The worst experience ever at a theme park! The staff that we encountered (with the exception of Miss Lilly) were terribly rude. We will never spend our money this park again. The staff made it anything BUT "family friendly".
