Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge

I loved the show... i am a resident of Sevierville never been to a show before,, but it was awesome Loved Kenny actually loved them all would recommend to all to go see the show

LOVE THE SHOW!!,,I GO EVERY TIME I VISIT PIGEON FORGE,,conway and elvis are nice to look at to,,,

I was not an Elvis fan until this show, of course that has changed now. I spoke to the owner at length she is a very kind lady and loves her work, all of the staff were very kind, my friend and I spoke to Lou who is Elvis and he sang a gospel favorite of ours during the show. The legends that performed first were great, I was so taken in by the Elvis nothing else really mattered. I have seen all of the surrounding shows in Pigeon Forge, this is by far my favorite. I will be returning on August 16th for Elvis Fest with a group of my closest girl friends, I plan to take my young children back to this show as we visit the area often. The show itself was very authenic Elvis, and it was clean. The facility itself was very clean, plenty of bathrooms for all, very comfortable temperature during the show. This theater offers a small concession area that is affordable with great hotdogs and popcorn. If you are visiting the area, this show is a must see!

We have been coming to the show for several years. All the entertainers are great. My favorite if Kenny James as Barney or Buddy Holly, also Tim McGraw. It is so refreshing to see a young star like Will Reynolds as Elvis. He is the future. Keep up the good work. M.O.

Everyone from the owners to the performers make you feel very welcome from the time you walk in until you leave. Lou Vuto is simply amazing as Elvis. You feel as though you are really with Elvis as he performs and you can tell he loves what he does. The band was great, as well as all of the other tribute artists...Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, Buddy Holly & Barney Fife (both played by the same person, Kenny James). All in all this is a very fun & entertaining show and I would highly recommend a visit there while in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area! I will definitely be visiting each time I return to the mountains.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect, especially since (1) I am not an Elvis fan and (2) I don't like country music, but I had so much fun, I will most definitely go back again when I return to Gatlinburg. The acts that performed included a Conway Twitty impersonator that looked a lot like Conway Twitty and sounded dead on (yes I know who Conway Twitty is even if I don't like Country music), a Judds impersonator team (not my favorite but the women can definitely carry a tune), a Bdddy Holly / Barney Fife impersonator (he had the mannerisms, the look and feel of both) and an Elvis impersonator (not the best looking, but the man has a voice that truly shines and a heart of pure gold that is very evident in the way he talks, sings and shares the night with the audience). The interaction between performers and audience was great and I for one am glad that I was there to witness such a fabulous show. I have to tell EVERYONE to go!!!!

Me and my family have been going to Memories Theatre for awhile now and it is the BEST show in town we think. Everytime we are in Pigeon Forge we go to Memories. Kenny James is an EXCELLENT Buddy Holly. He is a good friend of ours. He is always nice whenever we see him. Keep up the good work Kenny !!! We love Ya !!! He sings all the good Buddy Holly songs and I know all the words to every one of them. He is so talented with his guitar as well as his singing. Hope to see him again really soon !!!

First of all, to those who say the theatre is "old", DUH!!! It's going on 20 years now!! Also, to those who wonder why they have current performers rather than only those from the Elvis era.... The show is titled, A Salute to Elvis and Friends. FRIENDS here includes basically any musician who has been influenced by Elvis' music in any way, shape or form. The performers at Memories are amazing. Travis, who does a tribute to Conway Twitty, is just out of this world. When he sing's Hello Darlin, every woman in the theatre feels as though SHE is Darlin. Lou is back as Elvis, now I know there have been people who weren't particularly thrilled with the previous Elvis(Will) and there are those who hated to see him go. But bottom line, Lou is back, hopefully for good. Will was great, but he has moved on, so those of you who don't like Lou might as well go ahead and get used to him. But if you would like to see Will perform, head on down to Destin, Florida and check him out there.=) Lou is absolutely amazing. He does the best Elvis Tribute I have ever seen. And the best part, he seems to love what he's doing!! Kenny does a wonderful job as both Buddy Holly and Barney Fife. He's great both on and off stage!! Then there's Todd, or Tim McGraw, his spot on performance of Tim is just outstanding. Emily does a wonderful job as Loretta. When paired with Travis, they truly bring to life the essence of CONWAY AND LORETTA!!! Josh and Jarrod as the Blues Brothers, WOW. They are so energetic and really get the crowd into their performances. And Dave, as Rod Stewart, is just like watching the real thing! There are many other super talented performers at Memories Theatre. These are just the ones I have seen over and over again. I would also like to mention the other musicians who are a huge part of the show. The BEAUTIFUL inspirations, Christine, Corrine and Betty sing backup for all the performers and also do little tidbits throughout the show on their own. Hank Miles and the Memories Show Band are outstanding. Hank does harmonies with Lou and also has an awesome talent of his own. The rest of the band are wonderful musicians and without them there would be no Memories Theatre. Well, I hope if you're ever in Pigeon Forge or the surrounding area that you'll stop by and check out the amazing show at Memories Theatre. I promise, you won't regret it!

Have been going to Memories since it opened 17 years ago....The tribute artists are the best I've seen...new or old...they are dead on....I liked Lou Vuto better than Will Stiles but they are both in the top 5 tribute artists I have seen and I've seen a lot. I understand Lou will be back in 2008 and we will attend more. With refernece to the place being 'old'..yes, it is but the talent is there and I guess when You don't have it...you have to have all the bells and whistles. I like Memories just the way it is and hope it stays a long time.

We were at the show one evening when the Elvis asked a child to come up and sing. I'm sure the young man was thrilled to come up and sing but we were not. We paid $25.00 each to get into the show and the last thing we wanted to sit through was amature night. Please maintain the professionalism we saw through the rest of the show. The young man should have stayed in his seat and watched the show like the rest of us.
