Bad Landscaping
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/28/11
I have lived in Knoxville since 1991....I loved this area ever since living in the Fort as a student....I don't visit the Worlds Fair park as much these days, but I have to say in the last year the landscaping has become really shabby looking...I know there have probably been some budget cuts here, but it is one area that should look netters for tourists visiting the Sun Sphere....

Seriously?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/22/08
As a lifetime Knoxville resident and graduate of UTK, I was very surprised to see the World's Fair Park as one of the best places in Knoxville. There is nothing there but a "Sunsphere" that is slowly decaying. The park itself is very small and not in the best part of town. If you're not from Knoxville and not going to downtown Knoxville for some other reason, don't go to the Park. Simply put, it's a major disappointment.

Great place to visit and it's Free!
By doughgirl or jojo, 6/17/07
This is a beautiful place to visit, walk around or bring a blanket and sit on the lawn. Dancing waters for kids of all ages to cool off in on these hot summer days. Theres a couple of eating places near by. The Convention Center is on the grounds that has something going on most of the time (these events cost to get into). But the park itself is free with free parking near by. Please look at the pictures I've added to.

The Fountains!!
By ~*Jazzy*~, 5/8/06
My husband, Adrian, and I love taking our 3 children to play in the fountain at Worlds Fair Park. We have such a wonderful time as a family... and you can't beat the price...FREE!! That's always a nice thing when you are raising a family! We have wonderful pictures of the children playing and splashing around. It's a great place to take kids!

Peaceful!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/19/06
We enjoyed walking thru the area. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Looking at the shops and the art was breath taking. I can't wait to come back next year.
