Everything at this park is great. Museum, zoo, beautifully wooded nature trails! You never know when you'll see an animal near by, doing what they do. Very interesting! See It!

Bays Mountain is a nature preserve owned and operated by the city. The facilities include a 3,500 acre outdoor nature preserve, a 44 acre lake, and a nature center/museum. The nature center houses a planetarium with a 40 foot diameter dome. The park offers public as well as school programs. The hours change througout the year, call for details.
