Nice, but could use some sprucing...
While Greeneville has started to revamp the building faces downtown, many need updating. One has been "under construction" for years. The facing was torn off and then nothing has been done since! It is hard to attract quality businesses unless you can portray a quaint, picturesque downtown.
The General Morgan Inn is very nice. The town does have a coffee shop (but it closes at 5-ish??) I think the downtown is well on its way towards being a functional area of town, but still has a ways to go.
The Partnership has done a good job at creating a few community events that promote downtown and make use of the space.
