Fannie Farkle's, Gatlinburg

We wandered in here a couple times on our trip to Gatlinburg. It was kind of small but still enjoyable. I took two teenage girls who (surprisingly) loved it. What I liked about it is that $20 went a whole lot farther here than many of the other attractions around town. The smaller kids (12ish and under) seemed to be having a blast. I didn't eat anything there but I did buy a lemonade. To my surprise, it wasn't expensive. Staff members weren't necessarily friendly but can you blame them? Being surrounded by children, parents, and noise all day has to take its toll.

this arcade has withstood the test of time, it's been there at least 30 years. a very charming atmosphere including children and adult games. enchanting prizes can be won by accumulating points on 'vegas-like' game devices.

Went to Gatlinburg to visit the Smokies...stopped at Fannie's because I heard about the Foot-Long Corn Dogs and the Smoked Sausage from friends that had been there before. Never made it to the mountains...spent my whole weekend at Fannie's. Loved all the old games!!!! Better than 3 balls for a dollar and I never got wet!

Fannie Farkle's is always on my plave to stop I am 19 and have been going to the Smokies since I was born. Every year my family goes to Gatlinburg and I am not satisfied until I get my corn dog from Fannie!

The game room really left someting to be desired, but the food was delicious! The hotdogs and corndogs are great for a lunch on the go. It's on the main strip, so if you walk by it, you will not be able to resist.

Fannie Farkles is a small arcade and hot dog vendor. It's a great place to grab a bite, and let the kids run around the arcade with some change. The Ogle Dogs are the BEST!!! They are foot long corndogs and $5 a piece. The other sausages and hot dogs they sell are around $5 or $6 too and are huge!

After reading all the reviews i was so excited to go and try this place, after all who doesnt like carnival type food... well the guy who waited on us was so blatantly rude he rolled his eyes and threw things around. When we finally did get our hot dogs they were soggy there was no way it was fit to eat, we did get our money back thankfully.

The corn dogs were good, made on the spot and a foot long! They were expensive, $5 for one corn dog. Nice arcade, but no better than anywhere else.

The sausages Are the best. I eat there everytime I am In the Smokies ,Can't wait till next time. The corn dogs are Great too.

the foot long corndogs are amazing i eat one everytime im in gatlinburg.. althought there is no place to sit down to eat.. there are some benches across the street that you can sit on... its well worth it though.. gotta love frannie farkels!
