Love SFA! We visit SFA a couple of times a year-so we can see both shows and have for several years. I have never been disappointed. New cast this year and I laughed so hard. Corny? YES! and that is what makes it great. Great show, great people and great little theatre. We recommend SFA to everyone we know that visit the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. No one has been disappointed that visited SFA.

I have been to Gatlinburg several times and often wondered what this little theatre on the tail of the strip was all about. My friend and I finally went to the show and had a blast. If you are a stuck-up prude with a cob up your butt, you might not enjoy the show (as is seen from the few bad reviews). One shouldn't expect a Broadway show in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! But if you have a sense of humor and an open mind you are assured to have a great time. The cast and crew are incredibly fun and friendly! The quaint little theater is rather intimate and filled with charm. Yes, audience participation is practically mandatory, and that is part of why the show is so entertaining. There was an incredibly diverse audience at the show and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. Sweet Fanny Adams is a breath of fresh air compared to the multitude of country music/religious rhetoric filled shows of Pigeon Forge. The comedy is reminiscent of Monty Python and humor of simpler days gone by. I highly recommend the show for families and young people alike. I haven't laughed so much in years!

I read reviews, some bad, some good. I decided to check it out. I'm really glad I did! They put on a great show, great singing, good laughs, clean fun! After reading the bad reviws, I must say, either they are looking for something to complain about or they want to see kid rock, which you won't find at this theatre. Had a great time, my kids loved it and want to go back. If your expecting a New York palace theatre, you will be disappointed. If you want good clean fun, you will enjoy it!

We left at intermission. Mmmmm. Big disappointment

Silly, corny amatuers. Cheap sets, light bulbs stapled to the ceiling. Is it something to see? (I've seen worse) Would I go back? (no)

Liked the simpleness of the humor. The actors and actresses were really into their roles and it showed! I think that our society could use more of this family entertainment instead of "Homey Boys" movies, CD"S, DVD's and such. This younger generation of people nowadays can't appreciate this type of entertainment because they would have to think for themselves to enjoy the program. I just think we're not doing our kids justice by not showing them the "good ole days" type of entertainment available to them.

We were thoroughly disappointed in this show and left at the intermission along with many other visitors. Found no humor at all. Felt bad for a family of 7 sitting in front of us who were quite shocked at some of the lines. They too, left at intermission. I can't believe anyone would go back a second time.

I grew up going to this show as did my mom. We both think its a cute show and worth going to if only to see the young guy that looks like a young Robert Downey Jr. He is so HOT!

I think that the only thing I disliked was that the show wasnt longer! I was passing by and decided to check it out... reading the review below, the fact that they pull people on stage is part of what makes the shows so fun and funny! some people are just shy, I guess. I like the "old time" feeling when you see the theater and going inside, the people are friendly and period dressed so you kind of get into it. Ticket cost was very reasonable considering what they offer and other shows around. I'll be back in town this summer with my family, we will definitely be going!
