Hard Rock Cafe

My wife and I ate there yesterday. We were seated immediately. Our waiter was an exchange student from Bulgaria and a very nice young man. Our table overlooked the creek. An overhead screen played music videos from different artists throughout the meal. These included Eric Clapton, Tom Jones(!!), and Madonna. The food was quite good, if a little pricey. Hey, it's a resort town and it's the Hard Rock, so I didn't feel ripped off.

I had a great experience at the Hard Rock in Gatlinburg. The food was some of the best I can ever remember eating anywhere in the world, and the service honestly could not have been better! Our waiter was on point the entire time, and seemed very happy to be doing what he was doing; That, of course, made it a pleasure to have him waiting on us. My girlfriend got the pulled pork BBQ sandwich, and I got a bacon cheeseburger. They were both absolutely delicious! We ended up splitting each in half so we could both enjoy eachothers meals. I've never had a pulled pork sandwich that could even compare to Hard Rock's! The fries were also piping hot, which I didn't expect at all. We had to wait for 15 minutes in the crowded restaurant to even get a seat, and it probably didn't even take that long to get our hot food delivered to our table from the time we sat down. I was amazed. They were extremely busy, but our service did not suffer what so ever. For the record, we have both been to other Hard Rock Cafe's around the world and never had such a good experience with either the service OR the food. The food in Gatlinburg was absolutely delicious in comparison.

loved the food!!! It was fun and enjoyable for us and it was no more expensive than some of the places we've eaten in our town. We would definately go back.

I loved it from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was exactly what I had expected. The people who worked there made me feel so comfortable and right at home.They were so busy they were almost running, yet Ben, the host took time out of his busy day to have a picture taken with me. It is now my screensaver.Everyone inside, the employee's and the customers ALL had big smiles on their faces the whole time we were there. It's just a "HAPPY" place to go. Thanks Hard Rock for making my vacation so special!

Food extremely pricy for the quality. Fun atmosphere but terrible food. Would give it another shot, but this is just a touristy place.

Great service, very friendly and helpful with good tips for our vacation the first time I was there. We are going back and it will be one of my first stops. The food was a great value and very tasty. When the waiter spilled a little of my drink on the table, he said it was "on the house." That's great service!

Recently took the kids as they had never been - Really disappointed in the prices - Seemed to really have gone up in the last couple of years. The restaurant was very slow as it was a Thursday in mid-winter - but had good service. The bartender seemed like she had had a few too many and was very loud. Food was good - but don't know if we will go back
