Great Escape

I have taken my kids to here a few times, and every time I am disappointed. The price is high, it's around $5.00-$6.00 to get in, and there are not a lot of tubes and slides. There is not much to the small children area, and bigger kids are going in there all the time, and the staff does not enforce the rule that they are not allowed in there. The staff mostly stays up front, and everytime we have went there, they were talking to their friends that stopped by, and not paying attention. Yes, they do have food, if you want to be charged an arm and a leg for it. If you want a fun place to go, try Playworld Downunder in Chattanooga. The price is the same to get in, but it is well worth it as there is so much more to do down there, and the staff enforces the rules.

We had a party for my grand-daughter. We had chips and drinks as a part of the party package. The chips nor the drinks got there until 1 hour and 45 minutes after our scheduled time. The person running the door and the parties gave us tokens by mistake. He came back to get the rest of the tokens, from the kids no less...sorry but if I make a mistake at my job I pay for it not the customer. When we left he told us we needed to pay for the extra hour we stayed. It was their fault they didn't get us our chips and drinks out on time. Two machines were broken and one machine didn't give tickets until we told them it was out. Customer service is not number one there.

I took my two kids and they had a blast. They really loved it that we have been back serveral times. The kids enjoyed climbing and the big slide. The also enjoyed the rope swing. I think the smaller kids have the most fun. Somewhere between 4-9 years old.

My kids love this place. It is a great place to play and the best part is parents are encouraged to play as well which is great for those of us who have forgotten to grow up. Low cost way to spend a rainy afternoon.
