Cleveland Downtown Historic Greenway

It womps! The great city of Clevelnd TN went about mowing down all of the GREEN trees across the street from my home to build it's "greenway" trail! A greenway is a nice concept and could have been very nice in my neighborhood but but planners' seemed to have seen their Greenway through the trees. They decided to level acre after acre of nice parklike land that edged Harris Rd in order to line Mouse Creek with a 4-ft wide sidewalk exposing ugly industry on the other side of the creek. I can not for the life of me imagine what those in charge were thinking. Now, for the sake of what our city's planners call a "greenway" I am exposed to the unsightly backs of construction yards and stripmalls where I once enjoyed plush nature. Greenway my eye!!
