Tennessee Heart/ Great Wine
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/19/08
The sharp turn from the main road transports you over a tiny bridge and leads you up a gentle slope to the winery itself. The rustic building reminds you of Tennessee, gentle and not overpowering, yet strong and subdued . The same can be said of the wines, each provided a very unique taste and flavor. I highly recommend the scuppernog. In the tasting room we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The owner was gracious and showed us around. We watched fish in the stream, shared a bottle of wine on a picnic blanket and gently passed the time away. It a good place to stop and linger. I 'd love to go back!
