Flowers by Rose

I placed an order for flowers for my mom for valentines day and imagine my surprise when I called to find out how she liked them and she said she had never received them. I called the shop and they said they tried to deliver but they were not able to get hold of anyone after repeated attempts to call. They had both my mom's and my phone number and neither of us had their number show up on our caller id nor did they have a message on the voicemail we both have. I checked my account and they had billed my card the same day as the order. They said they would refund my card but after repeated attempts to get them to do so I am left with no refund and a very bad experience. These people are dishonest and I would be very careful about doing business with them.
