Horrible Customer Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/6/11
Me and 8 other men came to LCC to spend the day. After entering the club house door we should known better than to stay. We were greeted with a gruff, "Out of carts - going to be at least an hour." O.K. fine, we'll wait. I observed the apparent club house manager running around like he was mad at the world, bringing down carts from the shed and slamming on the breaks, skidding them into place. I just wanted to leave, but everyone else wanted to golf - so, we teed off. After finishing the course and being pushed through the entire thistle-infested 9 holes (I never got my putter out of the bag), we ended up getting hijacked by the same angry man while we were driving off the course to put our bags away. "I need you cart now!" He pulled our bags off and took the cart. As I stood there half stunned, I found another employee. I told her that I was displeased with the service. He overhead my comments and raced up to me yelling and got in my face that we weren't welcome back...like I would every want to.
This guy was a complete jerk, and made our day very stressful - the opposite of what golfing should be. I left baffled by what I just witnessed. I felt sorry for the other employee who probably has to report to this idiot. She attempted to be nice, but he was so angry at the world, she didn't stand a chance.
Don't waste your $26 and a long drive. Go to Tomahawk on 385 - those people know who to treat you. I would never recommend this course to anyone. A complete waste of my money and time.
