The plays are always professionally conducted. Muscials, comedy and just everything they do is great. I have never been there that I didn't throughly enjoy myself. Everyone who performs is tremendously talented.

I have seen several productions at SLT and am extremely impressed with the caliber of talent Spartanburg has to offer. The musicals are phenomenal on all levels. Dancing, music, acting, sets and even costumes are absolutely perfect! I would not hesitate to go see a show at SLT!
 
 
 
 
 
it was Freakin' cool

i've been doing theater since i was 6, and ive never seen a warmer community theater with broadway-quality acting! I saw the Pied Piper of New Orleans recently by the SYT and I've never seen such a funny and loving cast! The acting/casting was wonderful and I love to see how many of the same actors return to this theater and remain family. With the SLT, a variety of shows are performed each season. These range from musicals to comedies and dramas. I love this theater and its volunteer members and this is certainly a must-see experience!
