Grace Salon Spa, Mt Pleasant

I love Grace SalonSpa, the staff, and the owner too! I always enjoy seeing everyone at the salon and always always feel & look my best after my services. McKinnsey is my stylist but I love Emily and Katie too. Laura always has a great team there and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Laura has a knack of matching you up with the right staff member toodepending upon your hair and personality as well as recommending the right AVEDA products for my skin and hair! The prices are reasonable too compared to other higher end salons in town.

$90 Rip off. The worst Spa experience ever. A 50 min. disaster for $90. This was not an "Aveda" 70 min. essential facial as advertised. The technician left me in the treatment room alone no less than seven times during the service. I could hear her eating potato chips outside the door when she stepped out of the room. No hot tea or water, No aromatherapy, no relaxing massage, no acupressure point therapy, no lymphatic drainage, no customization for skin's needs, no scalp massage, no leg massage as advertised in spa menu. Gives Aveda a bad name. Unacceptable! Clearly technician did not have any understanding of basic facial manipulations, massage techniques, or skin care. She definitely wasn't anywhere in the ballpark of understanding and/or executing an "Aveda" facial. Clearly, Grace Salon Spa booked my facial appointment with a hair stylist who would rather be doing hair. She did not care about the quality of the spa experience. She slapped a "hodge podge" of products on my face and left the room every chance she got. Grace Salon Spa has no business booking Aveda facials unless it it with a licensed esthetician trained in the Aveda techniques. Grace Salon Spa likes to advertise the name Aveda, but they don't back it up. Rip Off!

I went there to get a massage and I will NOT be going back. First of all I spent my whole morning trying to get through to make an appointment. I even left my information for someone to call me back and no one ever called me. When I finally got through and made my appointment, when I got there I stood at the front desk for much too long. waiting for someone to come over and help me. Some of the staff saw me standing there but no one could even say "someone will be right with you". The massage room felt cluttered, messy, and much to bright to be a relaxing space. My masseuse would not stop talking the entire time! All I wanted to do was relax. If you are going to spend $75 for a massage I would go somewhere with better atmosphere and better service.

The next best thing about moving to Mount Pleasant was finding Jennifer and Grace Salon. Each and every time that I visit Grace, Jenifer makes me feel and look like I've just stepped out of a magazine. She has the sweetest personality and her talent as a stylist is surpassed by no one. I am constantly getting compliments on the color and style of my hair. Now, what woman wouldn't enjoy that! Having your hair styled by Jennifer is wonderful and having it done at Grace only adds to the fun and enjoyment. Laura certainly knows how to make it a pleasant experience for all clients who are lucky enough to visit Grace Salon and Spa.

My stylist, Shirley Mong, is amazing. She has a passion for great hair, great color and the friendliest service imaginable! She brightens, not only my hair, but my day. I get endless compliments about my hair and I have her to both thank and be thankful for! Do yourself a huge favor and pay her a visit!! The salon is wonderful and the atmosphere can't be beat. Sunny, stylish open and you can watch beautiful I'ON's square while they pamper you!

Not only does the place exude style, it also allows one to escape the world if even for 30 minutes. I always leave feeling better about life! Great Job!

First of all I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. The staff is so friendly and accomodating and appeals to the working woman, the homemaker and even the businessman. I'm always happy with my color/cut/facial/massage services I've received there. There is a calmness and comfort to this spa/salon that you feel as soon as you walk in which continues throughout the services. It has a very relaxed atmosphere almost like you're being invited into someone's home. The aromas of the Aveda oils and candles soothe the senses. For the area in which it is located the prices are perfect and more affordable than some others salons close by which is a bonus in my opinion. Give it a try for sure if you've just moved to the area. Great place to start!

I had my hair done and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The service was great and I had a wonderful time.
