Service was below par, and after waiting for almost two hours for entrees, our group finally had to just up and leave hungry. Our server began acting curt and rude after we asked for the check, and the overall experience was not pleasant at all.
Our party of 6 arrived at 6:15, making about the 4th party being served in the whole restaurant. We had to be somewhere else in the Vista at 8, so we assumed an hour and 45 minutes was ample time to eat, especially in a practically dead restaurant. Forget it. Long story short, we had to leave the restaurant at 7:55 having had only salads and bread.
To top it off, we told our server to cancel our order and just bring the check. Well, when we gave her the cash and needed change back (after she knew we had to be somewhere at 8), she went to another table and started taking their order. So, it was apparent the staff did not care about its customers.
The salad was good and the dressing was even better. I'm just sorry that in an almost 2-hour period, I didn't get to try the entree.
