Bell Tower Salon & Medi-Spa

I'm in the biz, went in for a change of scenery, and my stylist left me with one side longer than the other, gave me a list of products to buy [no price on them and I was left feeling strong armed by the front desk to buy them]; and no price as to what was charged for this so called european level haircut! C' mon I can cut just as well as she can, I just don't choose to charge an arm and a leg! What gives? Find a good mid-priced salon that also attends classes, ask for the senior stylist and you'll do fine!

Hands down one of the nicest salon/spas I've been to. Ive been to many others throughout California and Pennsylvania. Everyone is so friendly and professional. My first experience of Bell Tower was a manicure with Christina. She was precise and gentle! Every service is personalized for you. Even the wash and blow out that i got with Angie was amazing! Since then I've gotten my color and cuts done there and I've never had a bad experience. Recently I indulged in the energy work massage. It was so relaxing and balancing (if your in to that sort of thing) Another day when I was calling to try and get in for a quick half hr massage and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were running a special for half priced massages that day! So always call and ask if your interested! its a great place that is definately worth trying!

very pricey, not european spa quality. I asked for blonde and showed a picture of desired color and picked swatches. I have about twelve highlights in my hair. Will have to go elsewhere to have it re-done. Rip-off, quality not as advertised....Find another salon in reading.

Bell Towers is a wonderful salon. When you first walk in you are greeted with smiles and a hello. Everyone calls you by your name. My stylist was fabulous. My hair has never looked better. The one thing that impressed me the most was they let you know what they used on your hair by writing it down on a check list. They don't force you to buy their products only suggest them. I highly recommend going to this Salon. You will love!!

Bell Tower is an exceptional salon that caters to the need of each individual they serve. Hair prescriptions are created for each appointment and saved in the computer so if you forget what products they used you can call and they'll tell you. Although another review does not agree with me, the highlights and cuts are to the utmost perfection. When you are unsatisfied it is important that you tell the stylist immediately so they know you are unhappy and they can fix it. If you do not speak up how will anyone know you are not pleased. (remember, no news is considered good news) I highly recommend the Bell Tower Salon & Spa to anyone looking for a professional atmosphere, personalized care and a opportunity to experience a relaxing environment. Try it . . . I think you'll like it.

I called in to schedule an appointment at Bell Tower and had to wait 2 weeks to get in, but the experience was worth the wait & price. The restored building is beautiful, the staff is kind and assisted my needs, and the team in general seems very knowledgable about their products and services. Upon check out, the receptionist remembered my name and asked about my services, to which I replied, were fantastic! Experience Bell Tower, it's worth it!

I went to the salon to have my hair colored. I asked the "stylist" for a recommendation and showed her two people (in the salon) whose hair color I liked. Both had ashy blonde highlights. MY HAIR IS ORANGE! It looks like a new penny, only a bit more pale. And, the one side is longer than the other. I feel like crying. They ruined my hair and my vacation! BEWARE OF THE BELL TOWER!

The Bell Tower is the best Salon/Spa that I have been too. The staff is courteous and very professional. I was greeted with a smile by every employee, and they all made me feel welcomed. The service is superb, the staff is amazing, the stylists are very knowlegable, and the atmosphere is very calm. I will be visiting the Salon again for all of my spa and beauty needs.

I absolutly thought every staff member was professional! The thing I remember most was that everyone took their time and I was there for an all day spa treatment, in no way was I rushed through any of the treatment! Kudos to the staff!
