Stepping back in time

What a great place! We loved every minute of it (and we spent over three hours there). From seeing the baby bunnies, pigs, geese, cow and chicks to visiting with players in costume, the farm's portrayal of life in the 1850s was convincingly real . Not only were we entertained with tours, demonstrations, and talks, the staff was willing to stop their work and give us a personal tour of their heirloom gardens! Everyone we met was friendly and very knowledgeable about his or her "homelife." Definitely a place to return to!
