Body Exbit
By Kate, 10/21/07
I liked the body exbit because I thought it was awesome with the robot that can shoot basketballs like normal people. The exbit was awesome because you could choose what throw you want it to do.

Awesome way to spend a weekend with the kids!
By L. J., 10/06/07
Big or small the Carnegie Science Center is one of those places that you leave having been entertained, wowed and ultimately a little smarter than when you went in. There are floors of hands-on activities for big and little kids to play and experiment with. Then there's the IMAX, an experience not to be missed.

great place for the whole family
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/27/07
I took my teenage bys and husband there and I had to convince them that they would have a blast. Being anti museum anyway they were very resisitant. They were sold when we got to the PNC sports center just accross the street from the main building. They were also impressed with the sub that sits docked in river behind the building. It was truly a great experience and the whole family found something they loved to do!

Eclectic hands on learning
By Darrell, 08/16/05
this place is awesome, between teh main center and the sports works, you can spend a day trying out all the different things. (we also watched charlie and the choc. factory in the Imax, AWESOME!) they offer " midnight floyd" a lazer show every fri and sat at midnight. they also have other bands/ shows at 10 and 11. very cool experience. the wwII submarine is cool to go through to see how small it is inside and how complex.

Get to the Sports Building!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/06/05
Ok, think you've seen all the science museums you care to? They have the Imax you've seen ten times, but then it's a wonderful museum. The kids made us go back the next day. In another related building they have virtual sports--hockey, golf, basketball, pool, trampoline, baseball pitching, snowboarding, you name it. You do not want to miss that. Best I have seen.
