The Jewelers really put me to ease knowing that I have found the perfect diamond. They helped me understand all the different factors of a diamond to make a decision that will last a lifetime. They were very patient and honest with me through out the process. Those two things were very important to me in the buying process. I was having trouble between two diamonds and my jeweler brought over two more to help me with the decision, the added experience and points of view made it an easier choice. I appreciated the service.

My visit to Benari Jewelers in Media Pa. was a pleasurable experience. I was just trying to get out of the rain when I stopped in. The merchandise was stunning and I had to walk around the entire store to see what they had to offer. The employees were kind offering me water even though I told them I was just looking. They didn't care whether I was buying merchandise or just looking around. The staff indulged me with trying on pieces that were absolutely stunning and for the 10 minutes while I was getting out of the rain I felt like a princess.

I was nervous going in, luxury stores intimidate me. My shoulders came down in the first 30sec. delightful personalities, awesome merchandise, and learned so much. A tall guy, charming and fast on his feet entertained us all the way to a purchase of a Rolex for my fiancee. So Cool!!! and for once a HIGH END luxuray establishment made me feel important

Exton store. Clean, bright, crisp, friendly, cordial, appropriate and professional/trustworthy atmosphere. Purchased rings, necklaces, bracelets, Rolex, etc. Repairs excellent when needed, but rare. We look forward to shopping there.

They have a policy that guarantees the jewelry from defects for one year. However, when I went in for a repair they did not honor this policy and charged for my repair. And the repair was not even performed correctly. I will not go back there.

I have had two very good experiences so far at this jewelry store. They are all very friendly people, very knowledgeable, and very good at their business. They have exquisite jewelry, and they are very accommodating. Highly recommended.
