MORE FOR CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/22/09
I wasn't thrilled about Dutch Wonderland. I took my 6 year old, and my 12 year old, and they were both bored, due to the baby rides. I would never go back there again. It is too expensive for entrance to do basiclly nothing but walk. The staff was pleasant, but it was not a fun park, and yes I know you pay what you get, but it wasn't worth it to me.

Love this Park
By Connie, 07/21/09
Dutch Wonderland is absolutely wonderful for children 2 to about 7 years of age. I am very sad that my daughter (8) is now looking toward the bigger parks. We have been here 3 times in the past 6 years and I always look forward to coming. The employees are friendly and helpful (bottle warming process). The park is always clean. DW is really geared toward the smaller children and they really like it, as do the parents. Cannot say enough good things about it!!

My Daughter's Favorite Place!
By KAREN, 06/18/09
We keep going over and over again and bought season passes this year. Yes..it's a little dated...but you aren't paying the kinds of prices Hershey or Great Adventure charge. This park is geared to kids 6 and younger really. Kid's older than that are not quite the target audience. They put in a water park a few years ago that is small, but great. Easy to watch your kids. Kids never have to wait too long for rides. Parking is free. They have a space for nursing Mom's. Good options for healthy food. Definately recommend Dutch Wonderland!

T much Money for old and out dated rides.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/12/08
It cost me $30 each for everyone in our family, even my 3 years old who doesn't like rides. The rides are old and out dated. The shows they put on are so stupid that my five year even hated them. After they charged me over $100 for us to get in they had the nerve to make me pay even more money for my kids to drive a remote boat or car plus other stuff. The lines were very long and the rides were not worth the wait. If you really want to have a good time and go to a place that adults go for free try the Wildwood Board Walk in New Jersey.

Worse kids amusement park I've ever been to!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/10/08
Went here with free tickets from my work. Thought we'd take my boyfriends 8 year old for something to do. Been here with my 7 year old about 10 years before. Expensive to get in, rides are still dated back in the 60"s. Little done to improve the park over the years since I was there when I was 6 or 7. Still is the pretty much the same!!! ON the bright side, it was clean not real crowded and lines weren't long for rides. But really as outdated as it was why would you want to go there anyway????If your kid is over 7 you probably won't want to go here they would be bored with in hour if your lucky. Younger kids wouldn't know any better.

We went Dutch!!
By mtalngnow, 08/08/08
My son is 4 and he rode everything twice!! I loved how the park was plastered with staff belted with radios. The icecream stand staff was a little rude, but they were the minority. It was a less than humid day. We arrived at 230ish and left at closing. We had a great time. Many pictures. We are doing it again this Saturday!!

Great Family Fun
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/28/08
This place has a great family atmosphere and is suited well for children under 10. Very clean and neat. Weekends are busy but still not a long wait in lines. This was our second trip to DW and we will be going back. The park is a great size for small children as everything is close together. Even the walk from the parking area is short. The Park(including the bathrooms) were kept clean the entire day. Our kids already want to go back! It was well worth the admission.

Caribbean Indoor Waterpark Nicer!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/29/08
We had been visiting for years to this wonderful Park; however we dicovered the Caribbean Indoor Waterpark at the Howard Johnson Inn. We booked their Waterpark Package LP1 which included an over night stay and 4 passes to their indoor waterpark. This kept our children busy all day and us out of the heat outside. The kids had a blast and want to come back again in the summer. By the way we decided to visit closer to home due to the gas prices, which are totally out of control!

My preschoolers liked it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/27/08
It is very lovely, safe park for young children. We liked our evening visit more, because it wasn't so hot, and lines were much shorter, also we ride almost all rides on our evening visit. On a next morning we arrive at 10.30, and park was already very full. So we would stand on a line for a 10 min. it was hot, that is why we leave the park at 2. We would stay longer if we would have our swim sates. Unlike Sesame Place, it has more dry rides than water rides. Great vacation! I think it is little overpriced.
