Rude Staff and dishonorable company

Called to redeem my Living Social coupon. The lady on the phone was unpleasant and complained to me that they were overwhelmed with their response to the Living Social coupon and still had 800 people to try to fit in within the next 10 days. Gave me the number to someone else I had to call to book the ride and told to wait several days for her to even call me back. The lady called back several days later and said they will not honor their coupon unless we pay the additional amount for the regular trail ride price. What a bait and switch tactic. The kicker is, I was planning on booking towo extra rides at the regular price to take my children along. It was the business's choice to partake of the Living Social Coupon. It not the consumers fault if they have found it overwhelming. They should have at least had the common decency to honor their coupons for everyone that called to redeem them before it expired no matter how long it took the company to complete the rides.
