Mulligan MacDuffer Adventure Golf
Mulligan MacDuffer Adventure Golf & Ice Cream Parlour offers two 18-hole miniature golf courses on four acres surrounded by waterfalls, streams, caves and landscaping. Decorated with golf memorabilia, the clubhouse features an ice cream parlor and a 35' deck overlooking both golf courses and the pond.
This is a putt-putt course for those who really love a challenge. Grab some of your friends and play Mulligan MacDuffer's! The course looks great, the holes are original and there's even water flowing around you! You can choose from two equally nice courses and afterwards you can enjoy ice cream at the snack bar.
You get 36 holes, most quite challenging, for less than $9.00, if you choose, or 18 holes for a few $. less. A pleasant hilly area, with lots of artificial streams and a pond, lots of trees and artificial or real rocks and a cave. Ice cream and other munches are available. We started early and avoided the more crowded late afternoon. Obstacles are mostly confined to steep up or down slopes, artificial bumps, obscuring rocks and the occasional brook that your ball has to jump over. No sand traps. My main criticism is that most holes relied on the same one or two ingredients to make them challenging.
Mulligans Golf was a adventure and more. My husband and I had a great time trying to putt on these greens.Quite a few of them we needed more then 10 putts, made it very interesting competition also. We only played the top course (one with waterfall) was a shame we didnt get time to play the other. The price is reasonable, but even cheaper if you play both courses. After our play time there was very relaxing to go and enjoy one of their ice creams, I had a smoothie was delicious. Recommend this to anyone for enjoyment out of busy scedule seeing all the sites there is to see in Gettysburg.
After a full day on the battlefield, we wanted a little diversion from the civil war for our family. We went to the right place. What a beautiful setting. They say they wanted to make it like a walk in the park, and believe me they did. This place is huge with two 18 hole courses.
Make no mistake, this is not your typical putt putt. It has all the challenge you'll ever want.
The ice cream shop was also very good. Just like the old days.
