Blue Giraffe, The, Ashland

I choose to go to the Blue Giraffe as a local b/c I had heard so many good things about it. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted in terms of my hair. She pushed product (and at check out it was obvious it was for commision). She then handed me off to a "colorist" who was not an expert, and he even claimed he had helped me product. The gal that did my facial/brow wax was friendly and professional. The check out process took approx 25 minutes while they fiddle with computer and the commissions of the different helpers etc. It was a really awful experience for a very expensive spa. Not to mention at the end, she forgot one of my products and wanted to start all over again. I said forget it. I will be going to the Pheonix from now on.
