This was my home course for years growing up in Mt. Airy. It's overpriced and should be better maintained that it is, rather than the owners and employees keeping all the money. But it's still a golf course and requires you to hit golf shots. The greens are normally very slow and fairways like your back yard. There are some interesting holes and lots of blind shots. #16 is the signature hole playing about 150 yards all over water. I'd still recommend it to play at least once.
Pine Ridge is a pretty good course. No sand traps :) Also, a majority of the holes, you can't see the pin, which makes it very challenging. I would definately recommend this course to anyone wanting to have a good time.
