75 people disappointed by bad service at Colonial lanes

I would think that bringing a large group to an attraction such as this would excite the management of an establishment. Instead, the group I participated with at Colonial lanes was charged almost double the regular price for shoes and a game inthe given time period. We were told that the manager gave strict instructions to over-charge us and allow us to play only one game. When the announcement came to finish our games and turn in our shoes, we were completely shocked. We all planned on playing another game regardless of the high price. We brought nearly 100 people and were treated very poorly. I will never attend this bowling alley again and I urge you to stay away. Pin Station is not very far away. That is where I will be!
