It has now been over a year - yes!, over a year - and we still don't have all of our order. One broken promise after another. He has our money, and we don't have our order completed!!! Absolutely, positively the WORST Customer Service EVER!!!
Purchased bedroom suite in 4/2010!! - over one year ago. Knobs to night table missing. Took many months to get them from this place. Dresser top damaged with deep machinery imprints upon delivery. Reported immediately. Owner promised replacement top. Now 14 months later ( yes, that is correct ) , many!!! e-mails later, tons of promises, but no action and just lies. never made good or replaced the dresser top. They purchased the set from another furniture store and then sold to me since they are not authorized to sell this manufacturer's goods. I found out about that much later. Finally, can't take this any more. Just reported this terrible business to the Better Business Bureau. He is giving them a run around with lies as he has with me. Do not deal with this unethical business. Would give a zero and no stars if I could.
Would rate 0 if I could. Bought furniture in August, did not receive until end of November. (I get it, it's NC) furniture showed up damaged and scratched. Delivery crew offered to touch up with marker... I don't want touched up furniture, I want new furniture. I received NO email communication as to when the delivery was going to happen and it was all last minute. I sent damaged furniture back to be replaced, it has been an additional 3 months to replace and I STILL have no idea when I am getting it back. Questions as to a timetable are ignored, and dates I am given are no stuck to.
I still do not have furniture and now I have to speak to the owner in order to get customer service. AVOID!
I ordered a dining room set from Alman's. They responded promptly to my email,and followed up with phone calls. I was very pleased with the whole experience---price, service, and delivery and would recommend them to anyone.
