My wife loves going out to eat, so we have often traveled long distances to find that perfect dining experience.
Then we found The Mash House! The Staff, Service, Food and atmosphere are all 5 Star. We have a new favorite.
This restaurant is one of a kind because it offers an atmosphere that can be taken as fun or romantic. What better date than that? They offer table cloths that you can color on. (in which kids are welcomed). And the lighting is very low with classy pictures in the background (for a good date). Of course they do have their very own brewery, which offers homemade beer. We aren't drinkers, so we tried a homemade rootbeer instead. It was the best rootbeer! I want to go back just for that! The food is delicious. Servers are very friendly and do their job nicely. The price is a little high, but I feel it's very worth it! We'll be going back just for my husbands new favorite steak and my favorite rootbeer!!!
I loved how you walk into the mash house (even during its slowest lunch and early dinner times- half priced appeteizers in the bar from 5-6!!!) and you still felt like you treated like royalty- the service was impeccable and the menu was creative and fun- wood-fired pizzas, steaks, kobe-beef hamburgers, and my personal selection last week--- balsamic chicken in a reduction served over risotto. It MELTED in my mouth. The food prices were amazing and the entrees were well-proportioned. Now to the beer- I had the Blonde and it was great. My husband had the stout and he loved it-- a little to dark for me! my friend said the wine list was great and diverse and her husband had the mash sampler--6 beers for 9 bucks- you cant beat that! we started it off with the spinich dip-- amazing... it was fired in the oven and served with flat bread that was fired in there as well... mmmmmmm.... we definitely had a great night out and i highly recomend this place over ALL others in fayetteville... its a gem, you just have to know where to look for it.
