Regal Cinemas Carousel Mall 19, Syracuse

Trying to get information from this phone number takes you to Fandango which is actually an 800 number. Trying to get the movie times was very frustrating the automation kept saying I can't understand you. Was never able to get the movie times. The website linked to this information had no information for the days movies as of 9AM on a Sunday so I think the information part was totally frutrating!! I can't speak for the theatre since we were be going to be driving in from out of town to see the movie Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D. There were very few theatres showing this so our options were limited.

I think some of the reviewers are being a little too picky; Carousel has many more, larger, and newer theaters than Shoppingtown. They are beautiful, with big comfortable chairs. They have more movie times. Show more movies. The environment is just more comfortable. I do see confusion about the Rewards club card..but I see the same confusion at Shoppingtown...that is what you get when you mostly employ minimum wage teens who have probably never held a job before..don't expect them to gain indepth knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems. There are large bathrooms, accommodating 10 at at a time on each side of the Carousel theaters. I have never had a problem, except after several movies at once get out..then there might be a line..but how can you fix that? If you go to Carousel, you will see that they have given about 20% of their upfront space to bathrooms alone...there are also bathrooms in some theater hallways. The truth is, most people go to Carousel. Shoppingtown is thinly attended, Carousel is often packed. They must be doing something right. :) My only complaint is the very, very high prices at this (and ALL) theaters. Thus, my 3/5 value rating.

i like the expansoins so far keep it going can't wait to see what else u might have commin. i have been going to this amll for about 5 years now and i have been to others this one just really stuck with me. i could use more bathrooms though
