Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom

Very poorly run and not well thought out . The restaurants require reservations and are too small to accomodate the number of quests . Heating system in room was old and hard to control . Indoor area for toddlers would have been nice if one of the areas was not closed both days we were there .

From the 10 bucks to park to the 8 dollar burgers this place is a money grab all the games are expensive. The adult rides are old and unless you have pre schoolers don't bother. the help is unfriendly and not helpful they didn't even have ice for the $10 drinks.. Many of the rides were no even working. This place used to be a wonderful place to go but since six flags got their hands on it you'll need a brinks truck to go there. There are better places to spend your money for sure.

This themepark has a very good atmosphere and there are tons of rides for all ages. You have to be stupid not to go. also you should get a season pass if you are going to go more than once. Loved it

We had 7 of our friends meet us for a day of fun at the Great Escape and had a great time.Well worth the price for a days event and would really encourage anyone to go.

I thought the Great escape was terrible. Five of the best rides were closed you have to pay ten dollars to park your car and it is for small kids now. There are hardly any good rides for teens and Adults. If there were they were closed. I dont think I will be revisiting the Great Escape.

It's a whole lot of fun but expect to bring LOTS of cash. Everything inside that is not a ride costs extra dough...you drop a ton of money in the arcade and in playing games... Rides are lots of fun and food is reasonably priced.

This is a Great Place!! My familly and I go there every year. They have things for all ages, between the arcades, the rollercoasters, the kiddy rides and the water park, everyone's happy. Food is reasonable for a Theme Park, and the employees are great. A must see attraction.

My best friend and I used to go there with her grandparents every year. Until maybe 3 years ago, because I had a child. She went in 2003 for the last time with them. Now I have 2 kids and this year I plan on going. I Love it there. They have all kinds of shows. There is a Shoot out for the kids to do and a Magic show. They both take place in Ghost Town. They have games. And then there is a Mermaid show which has somebody dive in the water from high up. They have great food we used to always eat at the Pizza place across from the Boomarang and there are to trains. One in Ghost town and one where the Boomarang is. Best of all is the rides. They are great. The Comet is my favorite. Its the best wooden coaster. There is also a Water Park there. And if im correct when we used to go the first day was full price and the 2nd it was 1/2 off. Hope it is still the same. We used to stay in the hotel right across the street. I wish I could live at The Great Escape!!!!!

I will be going to great escape on August 27 I hope i enjoy but i have heard that its great.
