The old man in the booth

The old man in the booth is nasty. Never a kind word to say. He is nasty when I enter the park and he is nasty when I leave the park.

Seniors Take it on the Chin Again!

Great park in all aspects. As a resident senior citizen on a fixed income I enjoyed fishing at the park on a boat for no charge. Unfortunately I will no longer be fishing here as this year they are charging $10 for boat usage. Another example of seniors taking it on the chin in New York State!!

Great Lake for Fishing and Hiking

Chadwick park is not huge but it offers a few activites for the whole family. The park offers fishing, hiking (small trail that goes around lake), boating, playground and ice skating. This is my favorite park to visit. The only thing I don't like about it is that a park permit is required (fee applies) to enjoy the park. However it's a small fee that allows you access to the park for an entire year. If you enjoy boating or fishing from a boat, rentals are available at a low cost.
