2 reviews for Hyde Hall
worth visiting
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/07
The architecture was remarkable, breath taking views looking down on the lake. We were not sure if we wanted to tour the mansion, glad we did. We want to go back in a couple of years to see the progress as alot more restoration is to being done.

Amazing
By The Orange Swami, 05/22/06
This building is absolutely amazing. The architecture and overall structure of the building is gorgeous. As you walk through the rooms, with all the portraits on the walls you can actually feel all of the history. All of the pieces of furniture in the house are original. It is a 54 room mansion set back in the woods of cooperstown. On top of how gorgeous the house is it also might contain the first ever water closet built in the united states. And it is of great value, a tour which usually lasts up to an hour and a half is only seven dollars.
