Best ale we've ever tasted!

The first thing that hits you when you walk through the doors is the fragrent aroma of hops! The tour begins and you are taken around the brewery and learn about the process of Belgian brewing. The tour guides are very friendly and outgoing and as you can imagine-quite knowledgeable about the product.
The tasting follows the tour and you sample all the brews like the Three Philosophers and the Hennepin( two of my favorites)Ales. The shop is stocked with a variety of cheeses and other goodies that pair well with those fabulous ales. It's well worth the trip!
